Key Responsibilities As a

Customer Service Representative , you’ll serve as the front-line voice for nonprofit campaigns, connecting organizations with the public in impactful ways.

What you’ll do:

Represent nonprofit organizations at

events, fundraisers, and community outreach programs

Engage with individuals in a

friendly, professional, and authentic

manner

Communicate compelling messages about

social causes and nonprofit missions

Educate the public on

program goals, impact, and ways to get involved

Build relationships that encourage

long‑term donor engagement

Collaborate with your team to ensure

successful campaign execution
