Your Job The Senior Pricing Analyst works closely with sourcing category leaders, suppliers, buyers, and other GeorgiaPacific stakeholders to turn category strategies into operational results by managing contractually negotiated prices. Leveraging pricing analytics and sound economic judgment, this role identifies opportunities, operationalizes sourcing plans, and delivers clear, data-driven insights to a broad set of stakeholders. By integrating pricing analysis, master data governance, supplier collaboration, and process automation, the Senior Pricing Analyst expands and sustains the fixed pricing catalog and supports pricing decisions that align with organizational objectives. This is a hybrid role based at GP Center in downtown Atlanta, GA. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. What You Will Do
Manage and expand the fixed pricing catalog by validating contract prices, ensuring ERP price syndication, and coordinating catalog creation with suppliers and category teams. Lead a regular KPI reporting cadence (e.g., price variance, adherence, catalog growth) and develop presentations for category and leadership teams. Develop and deliver supplier and internal training materials related to catalog requirements and pricing processes. Lead data quality initiatives to improve catalog cleanliness and longterm sustainability, including coaching suppliers on catalog performance. Provide pricing analytics and actionable insights to support leadership and category managers in decisionmaking. Perform largescale master data analytics across purchasing systems to support catalog governance and pricing accuracy. Build and maintain automation, workflows, and reporting tools (e.g., Alteryx, Excel, Qlik) to improve pricing processes. Monitor and reconcile pricing discrepancies between catalogs, contracts, and ERP systems, driving resolution with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, analytics, supply chain, engineering, finance, or a related quantitative field At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, financial analysis, pricing, procurement, or a related analytical role Basic Excel skills including but not limited to VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc. Experience communicating with cross-functional partners across all levels of an organization Experience utilizing critical thinking, building working relationships, and solving problems collaboratively Flexible and able to prioritize work in a dynamic environment, embracing change and improving processes Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship What Will Put You Ahead
Strong proficiency with Excel and experience using analytics or dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or similar platforms Experience building and maintaining supplier relationships Experience coaching and training internal and external stakeholders Experience in sourcing or procurement, including ERP pricing syndication (e.g., SAP) Familiarity with Qlik and/or procurement master data domains Handson experience with Alteryx or workflow automation tools Background in process improvement or change management initiatives At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
