The Role As Senior Manager, Product Marketing for UGG Men’s, you’ll shape the seasonal product marketing strategy, translating consumer, business, and marketplace insights into compelling product stories that drive brand momentum and commercial success. You’ll lead key elements of the go‑to‑market process, including product positioning, key story briefs, product campaign concept development, product naming and sell‑in tools. This role is both strategic and hands‑on, requiring strong cross‑functional collaboration and clear communication in a fast‑paced environment.
Your Impact
Partner with the Director of Marketing to define and deliver seasonal product marketing strategy and key marketing styles for UGG Men’s, grounded in consumer insights, marketplace trends, and business objectives
Develop and own key seasonal product stories from positioning to brief through concept, ensuring product USPs are clearly communicated
Serve as the product expert for UGG Men’s, leading product intent, benefits, and storytelling
Support the development of the men’s long‑term marketing strategy
Lead global product naming for UGG Men’s, ensuring names are distinctive, ownable, and aligned to brand, category, and naming strategy
Present product stories and seasonal strategies at key internal milestones, including line reviews and brand conferences
Lead the development of global sell‑in tools that communicate product value propositions and seasonal stories to regional marketing and sales teams
Work closely with product creation, design, merchandising, consumer insights, global marketing, creative, and regional teams to ensure strong alignment
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is a plus
8+ years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, or category marketing within a footwear, apparel, or lifestyle brand
Experience or strong interest in men’s fashion, culture, and consumer trends
Proven experience leading product marketing strategy within a global go‑to‑market model
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
Clear, confident communication with strong presentation and storytelling skills
Highly collaborative with the ability to influence across a matrixed organization
Hands‑on, proactive mindset with a willingness to dive into details and take initiative
