to lead the design, governance, and evolution of enterprise‑wide benefits programs across one of the nation’s leading healthcare systems. This newly created, senior‑level role reports to the
Vice President, Total Rewards
and offers the opportunity to influence benefit strategy at scale while partnering closely with executive leadership.
