All candidates must complete an on-line application to be considered.**Basic Purpose:** The Senior Director of Video Contentmanages the creation and distribution of digital content, overseeing projects from concept to completion by coordinating teams of content creators, designers, and developers. Key responsibilities include establishing project timelines and budgets, translating client needs into project plans, creating engaging digital assets like videos and podcasts, and working with analytics teams to gauge content performance to drive business growth and engagement. Success in this role requires strong project management, communication, and leadership skills, along with a deep understanding of video production, logistics, formats, software and video trends. This role will be responsible for two unique brands, finding ways to leverage best practices while creating unique video content for each brand. This role reports to the CBO for O&R brands, and will work closely with various departments.**Position Responsibilities:*** **Project/Production Management:**

Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets to ensure the on-time delivery of high-quality video and digital content across multiple platforms by managing video production workflows with organization.* **Content Strategy & Development:**

Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive video content strategies, including video, podcast, social media, and website assets, designed to engage target audiences and strengthen each unique brand presence.* **Team & Stakeholder Collaboration:**

Serve as the primary point of contact for digital initiatives, coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and content creators to align on goals, maintain consistency, and deliver cohesive digital storytelling.* **Budget & Resource Oversight:**

Manage project budgets and resource allocation, monitoring expenses and mitigating risks that could impact timelines, quality, or performance. Responsible to find efficiencies across workflows, share resources when applicable.* **Vendor Oversight:**

Manage a varied list of vendors to provide multi-level options based on project workload to scale for dual brands. Point of contact with suppliers to get estimates and project overviews.* **Technical & Compliance Management:**

Oversee adherence to all technical requirements, including video specifications across platforms, music and image licensing, and digital platform management to ensure compliance and brand standards.* **Video & Photo Asset Organization:**

Lead the creation and governance of a cross‐team SOP for the intake, management, and deployment of video and photo assets. Establish and maintain an optimized asset architecture that supports rapid execution, brand consistency, and long‐term scalability, including up‐to‐date libraries for agency partners, vendors, PR, and media b‐roll distribution.* **Analytics & Performance Optimization:**

Track, analyze, and report on digital performance metrics to evaluate content effectiveness, optimize engagement, and inform future strategy.* **Innovation & Trend Awareness:**

Stay current with emerging technologies, content trends, and evolving digital platforms to keep brand content modern, relevant, and competitive.* **Additional Responsibilities:**

Perform other job-related functions as assigned to support departmental goals and business objectives.

Travel will be required.KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:**Skills & Qualifications**• 8+ years of progressive experience in video production and content development, including leadership of creative or production teams.• Expertise in end-to-end video production including concept development, scripting, filming, editing, post-production, and multi-platform delivery.• Advanced proficiency in industry-standard tools including **Adobe Premiere Pro**, **Adobe After Effects**, **Adobe Media Encoder**, **Adobe Photoshop**, and **DaVinci Resolve**.• Familiarity with collaborative review and asset platforms such as **Frame.io** and digital asset management systems.• Strong understanding of digital publishing standards, encoding formats, music and image licensing, and video optimization for platforms including **YouTube**, social media, and connected TV.• Experience using analytics platforms such as **Google Analytics** and **YouTube Studio** to evaluate performance and optimize content.• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage agencies and vendors, and collaborate effectively with brand, marketing, and digital teams.• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple productions simultaneously while maintaining quality, timelines, and budgets.• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to influence both creative teams and senior leadership.**ABOUT NCLH**
