Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of relevant experience (work and/or military)

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Prospecting and opportunity identification skills

Strong phone communication and product knowledge

Ability to explain complex billing details clearly

De-escalation and interpersonal skills

Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously

What you’ll do:

Customer onboarding & support: Verify products, guide customers through billing, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Outbound account management: Make proactive calls to small business customers to maintain account health and present relevant offers.

Upselling & prospecting: Identify new business needs, referrals, and growth opportunities within existing accounts.

Product advisory: Recommend plans, services, and features to optimize customer accounts.

Customer experience delivery: Handle billing concerns, de-escalate issues, and provide clear, value-driven solutions.
