Inside Sales Specialist – Uncapped Bonus Potential Airgas, an Air Liquide company, is the nation's leading single-source supplier of gases, welding, and safety products. The Total Access team is the engine behind our growth, using high-volume telesales to connect our customers with the expertise they need.
Role Overview This is a high-activity, phone-based "hunter" role. If you thrive on dialing and closing deals, you will fit right in. You are a consultant and a closer, not just an order taker.
Responsibilities
Drive outbound calls to prospects and existing accounts.
Build a book of business by touching base with every customer at least once a month.
Provide professional quotes, handling every aspect of the customer's request from pitch to follow-up.
Collaborate with field sales teams to maximize gross profit and dominate your territory.
Hitting metrics related to sales growth, gross margin, phone productivity, and new account generation.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
1‑3 years of sales, customer service, retail, or call center experience.
Comfortable on the phone for most of the day with resilience for high-volume outreach.
Persistent, persuasive, professional, and organized.
