The Role This is a high‑activity, phone‑based “hunter” role. If you thrive on “smiling and dialing” and love the rush of closing a deal, you’ll fit right in. You are not just an order taker; you are a consultant and a closer.
Spend the majority of your day driving outbound calls to prospects and existing accounts.
Build a book of business by touching base with every customer at least once a month.
Provide professional quotes, handling every aspect of the customer’s request from pitch to follow‑up.
Collaborate with field sales teams to maximize gross profit and dominate your territory.
Thrive on hitting metrics related to sales growth, gross margin, phone productivity, and new account generation.
Training, Pay & Flexibility
Start with 4 weeks of world‑class paid training covering product knowledge, competitive strategy, and sales skills.
Receive a steady base salary plus a monthly bonus program that rewards your performance.
Earn autonomy: First 6 months – 100% on‑site to master the phones and the product. After 7 months – transition to a hybrid schedule with up to 2 days of work‑from‑home flexibility within 12 months.

Qualifications
