Position Manager, Communications – National Roundtables Business Unit (Remote)

Overview Develops and executes the communications strategy for the ACS National Roundtables business unit, leading the creation of the Integrated Communications Plan and managing digital properties across roundtables, collaboratives, and convenings.

Essential Functions

Lead development, implementation, and evaluation of the Integrated Communications Plan (25%).

Plan, track, and execute the unit’s communications and events calendar (15%).

Plan and execute communications strategies for roundtables, collaborative projects, programs, events, or product launches and amplification (15%).

Oversee content creation and ensure brand consistency across digital properties including websites, newsletters, and social media (15%).

Facilitate relationships and planning between program activities and enterprise priorities with ACS Marketing and Communications (10%).

Create graphic design and collateral such as information briefs, program documents, presentations, impact reports, and promotional materials (10%).

Report and analyze digital analytics to adjust strategy and improve performance (5%).

Guide Business Unit and ACS National Roundtable leads on communications and public relations tasks, including writing and proofreading internal and external materials (5%).

Experience & Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s preferred.

Minimum 4 years of experience in communications, marketing, social media, and graphic design.

Knowledge, Skills & Ability

Motivated, self‑starter able to work in a team setting.

Strong writing and proofreading skills.

Solid understanding of social media platforms and monitoring tools.

Graphic design proficiency (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

Familiarity with WordPress.

Travel Requirements

Must be able to travel 10 % – 15 % of the time.

Compensation & Benefits The starting rate is $65,000 to $75,000, based on experience and qualifications.
