About the Role
As a CBRE Marketing Specialist, you will recommend and implement strategies to achieve marketing goals for assigned products and services for one or more areas, product lines, or market segments. You are responsible for preparing proposal, presentation, and communication materials, as well as other administrative duties. Also, coordinating the distribution of internal and external marketing information. What You’ll Do
Create a wide variety of template, company-sanctioned marketing materials that may include maps, advertisements, demographic reports and executive summary brochures for in-house and client presentations using advanced desktop, graphic, and mapping software. Review internal and external collateral materials, proofread content, ensure appropriate branding and approve materials for final distribution. Prepare presentations and proposals for new business development providing recommendations with a focus on ensuring that all materials meet established standards as to branding and messaging. Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies and perform research and analysis to support those strategies. Assist local office leadership in preparing various marketing materials as needed on an ad hoc basis. Maintain and update marketing library of standard company boilerplate proposals, presentations, and other collateral materials. Provide marketing education and training on tools, resources, as well as technical assistance to staff. Provide quality control for mass e-mail broadcasts, ensuring that appropriate branding, content, and formatting are used. Other duties may be assigned. What You’ll Need
Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year college or university Minimum of 2-4 years of related experience and/or training. Intermediate skills with various software programs such as Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to learn web publishing platform. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to internal clients. Ability to effectively present information. Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages. Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills. Decisions made with understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Responsible for setting own project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor. Benefits and Compensation
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Marketing Specialist position is $60,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Marketing Specialist position is $80,000,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience.
