Technical Marketing Manager - AI

Job Description As Technical Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for product marketing strategy and technical content execution for HPE Private Cloud AI and AI workloads running in HPE private Cloud environments. You will create technical demos, videos, hands‑on labs, educational sessions, and other core technical content to support customers and sellers.

Responsibilities

Technical product marketing for HPE Private Cloud AI including demonstrations, whitepapers, blogs and thought leadership on AI workloads, infrastructure, data modernization, and emerging AI trends.

Define and articulate HPE’s point of view on AI value, data protection, workload optimization, and innovative use cases across industries.

Create differentiated messaging and technical content that connects HPE Private Cloud AI to real customer outcomes.

Partner closely with product management to ensure marketing is technically accurate, aligned with product roadmaps and integrated into platform narratives and sales motions.

Influence industry analysts, press and influencers through technical briefings, thought leadership and consistent positioning.

Act as subject‑matter authority and trusted senior‑level advisor on AI workloads, trends, and technologies.

Review, edit and standardize language across campaign materials, PR releases, sales content, digital marketing and geo‑marketing assets.

Education And Experience Required

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

8+ years of product marketing and or product management/engineering experience.

Experience and technical understanding of enterprise AI, GPU systems and current and developing AI workloads.

Proven track record of building compelling narratives that resonate with technical and executive audiences.

Demonstrated experience positioning complex products in competitive, fast‑moving markets.

Knowledge And Skills

Deep understanding of the current AI market landscape, GPU systems, storage, networking, and software dependencies.

Knowledge of AI workloads including real‑time inference, retrieval‑augmented generation, agentic and physical AI.

Experience with real‑time data pipelines and cloud deployment options (including hybrid and air‑gapped).

Ability to adapt quickly as the AI market evolves.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive‑level storytelling and presentations.

Hands‑on ability to create high‑quality marketing assets, such as demos and technical content.

Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to inform positioning and go‑to‑market decisions.

Creativity and intellectual curiosity to stand out and capture attention.

Strong project management, influencing and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Comfort with performance, scale, and operational concepts to explain full‑stack solutions versus DIY and cloud solutions.

Salary Range • United States: Annual Salary USD 135,500 – 258,500 in Massachusetts • California: USD 135,500 – 275,000 • North Carolina & Texas: USD 119,500 – 275,000 Variable incentives may also be offered.
