Compensation Package

Salary:

$70,000 - $100,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

Manage a book of business consisting of 40-45 construction accounts, generating approximately $1.2M in revenue.

Quote and process new and renewal business.

Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

Maintain detailed and accurate records using AMS 360 and Imageright software.

Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Work towards professional designations to enhance industry knowledge and expertise.

Qualifications/Requirements

Licenses/Certifications:

Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.

Experience:

Minimum of 10-15 years in a similar role (candidates with less experience may be considered for the right fit).

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in AMS 360 and Imageright software.

Soft Skills:

Strong attention to detail.

Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to delegate and collaborate.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment:

Hybrid schedule with flexibility for training in the Greeley office.
