Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced
Commercial Lines Account Manager
to join a growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of middle‑market accounts across industries such as construction, agriculture, oil and gas, and trucking. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in account management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. This role is full‑time and primarily in‑office, with the potential for one remote day per week after full training.
Compensation Package
Salary Range:
$70,000 - $90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
Manage a book of business generating $700,000 in revenue, consisting of 100-130 accounts with premiums ranging from $20,000 to $500,000.
Handle daily account management tasks, including endorsements, certificates of insurance (COI), renewals, marketing, proposals, and account rounding.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and client-facing interactions.
Assist with quoting new and renewal business, with a primary focus on renewals.
Conduct remarketing efforts and update client applications as needed.
Collaborate with the Commercial Department Manager and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses/Certifications:
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
Experience:
3-5 years of experience as an Account Manager or Customer Service Representative (CSR) handling middle-market accounts.
Familiarity with industries such as construction, agriculture, oil and gas, and trucking is preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Epic software is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong computer literacy and ability to adapt to new systems.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, close-knit environment.
