The AWS Data and AI Strategic Partner GTM team supports innovative partners from startups to LLM providers, building the future of autonomous AI systems. The Senior WW Partner GTM Specialist for Agentic AI and AI Security will drive AWS’s partner strategy for Agentic AI, shaping how businesses evolve in the age of AI agents and influencing product directions at AWS.
This role sits at the intersection of breakthrough technology and business transformation. It pioneers new business models in the AI agent space while working with sophisticated AI technologies and partners worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with AWS GenAI partners to envision and implement agent‑based solutions that deliver customer value.
Drive strategic initiatives to accelerate Agentic AI adoption with key partners.
Develop and execute comprehensive partner strategies that scale agent‑based solutions and use cases.
Provide thought leadership on how Agentic AI transforms partner business models and creates opportunities.
Build and manage programs for partner enablement, certification, and funding focused on agent technologies.
Analyze market trends and gather partner/customer feedback to inform AWS’s Agentic AI strategy.
Create scalable frameworks that enable partners to build and deploy agent‑based solutions.
Collaborate with AWS service teams to align partner requirements with product development.
Lead the development of partner‑ready go‑to‑market content, resources, and activities.
A Day in the Life
Develop AWS strategy for Agentic AI and AI Security partner GTM.
Drive consensus across service teams, field sales, partner management, marketing, legal, and partner program teams.
Conduct analysis on AWS customer and partner adoption trends.
Work with a strategic Generative AI or AI Security partner to define and execute joint sales and Go‑to‑Market programs.
Lead a strategic initiative across AWS’s highly matrixed organization.
Analyze performance metrics and prepare MBRs, 2x2s for leadership review.
Build customer and field‑facing enablement materials including sales plays, decks, and solution briefs.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
5+ years of Go‑To‑Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
5+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, Storage).
Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
Experience managing programs across cross‑functional teams.
Experience selling enterprise software or cloud‑based applications.
Experience explaining complex technical concepts to business and technical audiences.
Experience presenting to both technical and non‑technical executive audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements.
Experience in AI Security, Cybersecurity or related field.
