Requirements
You must hold a current Poly clearance Possess ten (10) + years of experience as a software engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity. Having a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4)+ years of additional software engineering experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. DoD 8570 compliance with Information Assurance Technical (IAT), Level II or higher is required. Experience with DevOps, AWS. Responsibilities
Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems. Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems. Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems. Provide assistance to users in accessing and using IT systems. Provide Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems (U). Provide support to IT systems including day‑to‑day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all client/server/storage
