Position Summary The Senior Designer reports to the Senior Director, Design Services and works remotely from one of the following locations: Houston, TX; Lewisville, TX; Albany, GA; Knoxville, TN; Winston‑Salem, NC; or Tampa, FL.

Full‑time position

Expertise in Revit and experience with AutoQuotes are required

As a Senior Designer, you lead construction and foodservice design projects, creating draft layouts, production drawings, and presentation materials while engaging clients and mentoring team members.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Leadership and Guidance

Collaborate with Lead Technical Designers and the Design team, assuming a leadership role.

Provide guidance and mentorship across all phases of the design process.

Advanced Skill Utilization

Enhance team capabilities using Revit, Navisworks Manage, BIM360, Bluebeam, Smartsheet, AutoCAD, AutoQuotes, KCL, Skype, and Microsoft Office.

Client Engagement

Lead client meetings and oversee project execution, building strong relationships.

Drawing and Project Management

Manage the accurate and relevant production of drawings.

Maintain project oversight with a focus on quality and precision.

Mentorship and Leadership

Foster a culture of learning, adaptation, and growth within the team.

Mentor less experienced members to develop their skills.

Additional Responsibilities

Assume additional duties as required to support project success.

Qualifications & Experience

4–6 years of relevant design experience or equivalent military/practical experience.

Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks Manage, BIM360, Bluebeam, Smartsheet, AutoCAD, AutoQuotes, KCL, Skype, and Microsoft Office.

Preferred prior experience in the foodservice industry.

Must pass a background check post‑offer acceptance.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary commensurate with experience and location; eligible for bonus programs.
