Outbound Business Development Manager

Role & Responsibilities
As an experienced Outbound Sales Development Manager, you will lead a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) focused on building pipelines across North America and Latin America. In this role, you’ll work closely with Marketing and Sales leadership to convert warm leads into high-quality sales opportunities

Lead a team of 6-8 Outbound BDRs to generate qualified leads for Client Sales, Online Sales, and Partner Sales teams

Collaborate with direct sales, partner sales, and marketing teams to drive revenue growth

Develop and implement strategies to ensure your Team meets and exceeds individual and Company objectives

Provide coaching and mentorship to help your Team achieve pipeline and performance goals

Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure lead generation targets are consistently met

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in software sales management

3+ years of experience in software sales, including cold calling and pipeline generation or similar experience

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting

Ability to work a hybrid schedule based in Waltham, MA

Fluency in English; knowledge of French, Portuguese, or Spanish is a plus
