Position Overview
We are seeking a part‑time/bi‑vocational Worship Leader (or Worship Leader Intern) to join our team. This role entails approximately 5–10 hours of work per week, compensated with a weekly stipend ranging from $250 to $350, which will be negotiated during the interview process. Candidates who are early in their ministry journey and possess a genuine calling to lead God's people in worship are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities
Lead Sunday morning worship services Plan and curate weekly setlists in collaboration with a pastor Oversee audio/visual technology, including ProPresenter, FreeShow, or similar software Qualifications
Demonstrated vocal ability Ability to play at least one instrument Proficiency with ProPresenter, FreeShow, or similar presentation software Character & Spiritual Requirements
Active, growing personal faith and walk with Christ Doctrinally aligned with Southern Baptist faith and practice Able to provide two references from a pastor or ministry leader Must pass a background check
