Position Summary
As an Associate Merchant in the Kids Footwear category, you will advocate for customers, develop and launch products, and manage category strategy at Walmart to drive profitable growth and enhance the customer experience.

Set category strategy, manage budgets, and use vision to enhance customer experience.
Build relationships with suppliers, vendors, business partners, and fellow Merchants.
Make decisions on replenishment, supply chain, manufacturing, store operations, planning, assortment, layouts, budgets, modular designs, and pricing.
Design, develop, and launch products in partnership with Product Development and Sourcing teams.
Maintain deep knowledge of customers and suppliers, continually anticipating future needs.

Location Bentonville, AR (Onsite; Relocation required).
Minimum Qualifications
2 years’ experience in merchandising, buying, financial planning, operations, or related area.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Office, negotiation with third‑party suppliers, pricing, site merchandising, planning, or inventory.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Merchandising.
