About the role Seeking a Digital Marketing Content Specialist to develop and execute a high-impact content strategy, focusing on organic content creation, SEO, and AI search optimization. This role involves building relationships with third-party content sources and retail businesses to expand U-Box's reach.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar and strategy.
Create high-quality, original content for the U-Box website (blog posts, landing pages, etc.) to drive organic traffic.
Optimize content for traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered search platforms.
Conduct keyword research and topic clustering.
Develop and execute SEO strategies.
Identify, prospect, and cultivate relationships with third-party content partners.
Identify and pursue retail and business partnership opportunities.
Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Analyst and other internal teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing, communications, journalism, English, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in content marketing or content strategy.
Demonstrated experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
Strong understanding of SEO principles and AI-driven search.
Excellent written communication skills.
Experience with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML is preferred.
Portfolio of written content work is required.
