About the Role
An Analyst serves as a pivotal contributor on our Capital Markets team. Your analysis, organization, and communication will enable confident, timely sales and minimize investor rejections.

Key Responsibilities

Audit credit, underwriting, and closing documents post‑funding to verify completeness, consistency, and compliance with investor requirements

Identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent documents/data; request corrections or supplements and track their resolution

Establish and maintain organized digital loan folders; prepare the full loan package for review by due diligence vendors and investors

Interface with due diligence firms: review their findings, reconcile exceptions, fulfill all conditions for sale, and coordinate re‑submission

Track and log in real time the status of each loan in your loan management system (e.g., where in the sale pipeline, outstanding conditions, deadlines)

Produce internal reports, dashboards, or status summaries to inform leadership or sales teams of bottlenecks, loan quality, and delivery timelines

Work cross‑functionally with originations, underwriting, closings, legal, and compliance to resolve discrepancies, elevate issues, and ensure seamless file flow

Recommend improvements to checklists, workflows, or controls based on audit trends and patterns of deficiencies

Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of mortgage operations, loan delivery, post‑closing review, secondary market, or related experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills to request, explain, and follow up with internal and external parties

Proficiency in loan origination/servicing systems, document management, and tracking workflows

Sound judgment and escalation instincts—knowing when to push issues upward or negotiate resolutions
