Most Important Responsibilities

Take ownership of complex Salesforce issues from initial triage through resolution, including root cause analysis, testing, and post-resolution validation.

Design and implement scalable support processes that reduce manual effort through declarative and programmatic automation.

Serve as an escalation point for high-priority incidents, providing guidance and support to team members during issue resolution.

Identify recurring issues and inefficiencies; develop and implement solutions that improve system stability and reduce support volume.

Build and enhance test automation capabilities, including regression testing, validation frameworks, and pre-release quality controls.

Utilize AI‑assisted tools to accelerate troubleshooting, automate repetitive tasks, and identify patterns in support data.

Evaluate and implement system changes driven by support needs, following established change management and release practices.

Proactively maintain platform health through monitoring, audits, and technical debt reduction initiatives.

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable maintainable Salesforce solutions.

What you can bring to the table to impact this role, team, and organization

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

8+ years of experience in Salesforce analysis, development, or related role (partial experience in similar technical or support roles may be considered).

Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.

Experience implementing or improving test automation within Salesforce (e.g. Apex testing, UI automation, regression testing frameworks).

Experience working with Salesforce APIs and integration technologies including REST, Bulk, and Metadata APIs.

Familiarity with AI‑assisted tools in development or support workflows (e.g. code assistants, automated analysis tools).

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.

Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Developer, Architect) are a plus.
