Overview We are seeking a highly skilled

Technical Trainer

to develop and deliver training programs on advanced industrial semiconductor equipment, specifically photolithography systems. This role blends hands‑on technical expertise with instructional design and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in semiconductor processes, field service, and equipment troubleshooting, along with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into effective training for engineers and technicians.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver in‑person and virtual training on photolithography equipment for customers and internal engineering teams

Conduct classroom and hands‑on laboratory training, including operation, installation, and preventive maintenance

Develop and maintain technical training materials, lesson plans, and instructional content

Update and validate technical documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance

Provide detailed technical presentations to diverse audiences

Maintain and operate training equipment and cleanroom facilities to ensure readiness for training sessions

Collaborate with internal teams to improve training programs and technical knowledge sharing

Engage with customers to assess training needs and gather feedback for continuous improvement

Support troubleshooting and technical issue resolution related to training equipment

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Engineering, Physics, or related) or equivalent hands‑on experience

3–5+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment, field service, or related technical roles

Prior experience delivering technical training or instruction preferred

Strong understanding of semiconductor processes and cleanroom environments

Hands‑on experience with mechanical and electrical systems (including tools and hardware replacement)

Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to varied audiences

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Preferred Experience

Photolithography equipment experience

Cleanroom or fab environment experience

Background in course development or instructional design

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Work is performed in both office and cleanroom environments

Required to wear full cleanroom PPE (suit, gloves, mask, safety glasses)

Frequent close visual work, including inspection of small components and equipment

Hands‑on interaction with tools, equipment, and machinery

Travel Requirements

Approximately 30% travel

Majority domestic (1+ week per month)

Occasional international travel (1–2 times per year, 1–2 weeks per trip)

Schedule

Full‑time, onsite role

Flexibility required based on training schedules and travel
