Responsibilities
Full-Funnel Campaign Management: Design, manage, and optimize Performance Max (PMax), Standard Shopping, and Meta campaigns specifically focused on driving offsite conversions.
Feed Health & Technical Troubleshooting: Monitor Meta Ads and Google Merchant Center (GMC) feed integrity, resolving product disapprovals and price/availability mismatches by collaborating directly with Engineering teams.
Strategic Optimization & Testing: Enhance item titles and descriptions for competitiveness while leading A/B testing and innovative product enhancements to stay ahead of retail media trends.
Campaigns from inception, encompassing end-to-end campaign configuration and the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), with the ultimate objective of establishing a fully operationalized and functional team.
Interface with internal Operations and Sales teams. While the role may involve occasional participation in meetings with client partners as a technical subject matter expert, it is primarily internal-facing with no consistent daily client interaction.
Qualifications Professional Experience:
3+ years in advertising operations, performance ads, or related operational roles.
Platform Expertise:
At least 1 year of hands‑on experience working with Google Shopping Ads within Google Merchant Center (GMC) and Meta Ads.
Desired Skills Technical Catalog Management:
Experience handling complex, dynamic product catalogs and a deep technical understanding of how product feeds are pulled and structured.
Operational Architecture:
The ability to build Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflows from scratch in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments.
Advanced Attribution Knowledge:
A strong grasp of various client KPIs and the ability to explain complex attribution models (e.g., ROAS vs. iROAS) to stakeholders.
