Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Social Media Manager and Content Creator with a passion for luxury aesthetics. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience developing and executing impactful social media strategies aimed at driving sales and brand growth across multiple platforms. This role requires exceptional creativity, strong attention to detail, and a deep understanding of influencer marketing and partnerships to elevate brand presence across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Management

Develop and execute growth-focused social media strategies aligned with brand voice and visual identity. Plan and manage content calendars well in advance. Post consistently across platforms, including daily content on Instagram (feed and stories), weekly TikTok content, and strategic posting on other channels. Actively engage with audiences, respond promptly, and foster community growth. Track performance and present monthly reports on KPIs across all channels. Own and optimize all social platforms to increase audience growth, engagement, and conversion into online and in-store sales.

Content Creation

Create high-quality photo and video content aligned with brand storytelling. Produce engaging short-form videos (Reels, TikToks) based on current trends and best practices.

Influencer Marketing & Partnerships

Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies. Identify, onboard, and manage influencers, UGC creators, and brand partnerships aligned with growth objectives. Build relationships with local communities and partners to drive traffic and brand awareness.

Marketing & Production Collaboration

Collaborate with marketing teams to align social content with campaigns, product launches, and promotions. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability for featured content.

Brand Development & Engagement

Drive engagement through comments, reposts, and community interaction. Manage customer interactions and maintain strong service standards across platforms. Dedicate time daily to proactive engagement (liking, commenting, following relevant accounts). Ensure all content aligns with high visual and brand quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 2 years of experience in social media strategy, content creation, and influencer marketing. Proven success in growing social media presence and driving engagement and sales across platforms. Strong visual and creative skills with an eye for luxury branding. Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. Detail-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Interest in fashion, lifestyle, or luxury product industries is preferred. Experience with paid media campaigns and ad creation is a plus. Experience in PR outreach and press release creation is a plus. Benefits
