$25 per hour A Brand Ambassador at a flagship boutique plays a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional luxury retail experience. This individual is responsible for guiding clients through a refined and immersive journey, building lasting relationships, and elevating every interaction on the boutique floor. With a strong sense of style, attention to detail, and a passion for storytelling, they transform client engagements into long-term loyalty.

Key Responsibilities Client Experience & Relationship Building

Delivers a personalised and intuitive client experience that is both seamless and memorable.

Develops and nurtures a loyal client base through consistent follow-up, including calls, messages, and handwritten notes.

Proactively schedules appointments and introduces clients to new collections and exclusive events to drive engagement.

Brand Storytelling & Sales Excellence

Brings the brand's universe to life by presenting collections, highlighting craftsmanship, and tailoring the narrative to each client.

Identifies client needs and curates selections with intention, using elevated selling techniques to drive both conversion and long-term value.

Demonstrates confidence and creativity in styling, translating client preferences into a distinctive and elevated look.

Maintains a positive and energetic presence that enhances the overall boutique atmosphere.

Operational Excellence

Ensures seamless day-to-day boutique operations, including accurate transaction processing and efficient handling of shipments and transfers.

Upholds impeccable visual merchandising standards at all times.

Monitors stock levels and inventory accuracy, communicating effectively to maintain a well-presented sales floor.

Manages multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Team Collaboration & Performance

Communicates clearly and professionally with clients, colleagues, and management to support a collaborative team environment.

Partners with leadership on in-store initiatives and events that enhance the client experience and drive sales performance.

Contributes to achieving and exceeding individual and boutique sales targets on a weekly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Demonstrates reliability, curiosity, and flexibility in line with the expectations of a luxury retail environment.

Requirements

3-4 years' experience in luxury retail, ideally within fine jewellery.

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building meaningful client relationships.

Strong communication skills, with a natural ability to engage a diverse clientele.

A passion for storytelling and delivering a high-touch client experience.

Full-time availability required within a flagship boutique setting.
