Social Media Content & Community Coordinator This role sits at the intersection of content creation, storytelling, and platform strategy. You’ll work closely with our Creative Director to bring ideas to life, move quickly, and continuously evolve our presence across Instagram and TikTok.

What You’ll Own

Own the execution of daily content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok

Edit and produce short‑form video content with quick turnaround

Translate ideas, trends, and raw footage into integrated content

Write captions aligned with brand voice and tone

Manage comments and DMs to foster an engaged community

Stay ahead of trends, formats, and cultural moments—and bring ideas proactively

Maintain and adapt the content calendar based on performance and priorities

Track content performance and apply learnings to continuously improve engagement, reach, and community growth

Who You Are

A digital whiz with a strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram

A self‑starter who takes initiative and operates with ownership

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑output environment

Highly detail‑oriented with strong aesthetic judgment

Able to quickly understand and embody a brand voice

Both creative and executional—you can generate ideas and bring them to life

Editing short‑form video (CapCut, Canva, Premiere, or similar)

Writing captions that don’t feel corporate or forced

Turning one idea into multiple pieces of content

Creating content that feels seamless to the platform (not overly produced)

Balancing speed with quality

Engaging with audiences in a way that feels human and on‑brand

Qualifications

3–6 years of experience in social media, content creation, or a related role

Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools)

Experience managing or contributing to brand or personal social accounts

Strong writing skills, particularly for short‑form captions

Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics

What Success Looks Like

Consistent, high‑quality content published across platforms

Strong engagement and audience growth

Ability to operate independently while maintaining alignment with brand direction

Proactive contribution of new ideas and formats

Nice to Have

Experience in wellness/supplements, beauty, or lifestyle brands

Experience creating content for TikTok‑first brands

Comfortable being on camera when needed and directing/shooting content in our production studio in the office

Bonus Points

Experience launching new brands or digital storefronts

Exposure to supplement compliance and health claims in DTC environments

Experience integrating and optimizing subscription models
