You Are UST is searching for an Enterprise Architect who will partner with business leaders, program managers, and architects.
The Opportunity
Hybrid: In office/remote
Define enterprise level reference and target state architectures for:
Dynamics 365 (CE, F&O, BC)
Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages)
Align architecture with business strategy and digital transformation goals.
Provide architecture leadership for:
Large programs and transformations
RFPs and pre sales engagements
COE and GTM initiatives
Mentor solution and integration architects.
What You Need
12-18+ years overall IT experience
Strong enterprise architecture background
Deep expertise in:
Dynamics 365 (CE and/or F&O)
Power Platform & Dataverse
Azure integration and security services
Preferred:
Experience in regulated industries (Banking, Insurance, Healthcare)
Microsoft certifications:
Power Platform Solution Architect (PL 600)
Dynamics 365 Solution Architect
Azure Architect (preferred)
Compensation & Location Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
Role Location:
Washington
Compensation Range : $120,000-$180,000
Benefits Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, 6 days of paid sick leave per year (pro-rated for new hires), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, and Company-paid benefits including basic life insurance, AD&D, and disability coverage. Regular employees may participate in a 401(k) with company matching; optional benefits include HSA, FSA, and additional voluntary disability coverage. Benefits offerings vary by location.
Part-time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave and are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave and are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance and a 401(k) with employer matching. Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave. All US employees in states with more generous sick leave laws will receive those benefits.
