Experience with analyzing business processes; Experience with gathering business requirements. Experience with testing. Experience with data analysis/reporting. Experience with collaborating with business units and IT colleagues in an agile process.

Experience with Salesforce CRM Responsibilities: Analyze business processes. Gather business requirements. Perform testing. Conduct data analysis/reporting. Support the client's Development Business Operations team for the Salesforce CRM platform. Collaborate with business units and IT colleagues in an agile process.
