Your Mission Control Center: What You'll Lead! As our Emergency Services Superhero-in-Chief, you'll be commanding these exciting missions: Captain your fleet of Emergency departments including our mighty Main ED (21-bed mothership serving 100-120 daily heroes), Haslet FSED (12-bed star station helping 22 daily warriors), and Saginaw FSED (your seasonal powerhouse serving 60-100 daily champions!) Strategic Excellence Be the mastermind behind epic strategies that'll blast patient experience to the stars Lead your crew of ~75 healthcare heroes to new heights of excellence Keep our ship sailing smoothly through the waters of CMS/TJC compliance Team Development Transform promising leaders into department superheroes Be the Yoda to our future managers (minus the confusing speech pattern!) Ready to Lead Our ER Superheroes? Here's What You'll Bring to the Table! As our Emergency Services Director, you'll be the captain of our amazing ER team, ensuring top-notch patient care while keeping all our emergency operations running smoothly! Your Superhero Qualifications: Your Cape of Experience: 3+ years of rockstar ED director experience in acute care! (Even awesome managers with director-level powers will be considered - just show us your metrics magic!) Your Knowledge Shield: A Bachelor's degree in nursing (That's your basic armor!) Your Power-Up Potential: A Master's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Preferred but not required to save lives!) Your Special Powers (AKA Required Certifications): Your Hero License: Current RN license in your state of practice (Non-negotiable - gotta play by the rules!) Your Life-Saving Arsenal: ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) PALS or ENPC (Because tiny humans need heroes too!)
