HR Generalist
The HR Generalist will support all human resources functions for a manufacturing site of ~150 hourly employees. This role is a hands-on partner to plant leadership, focused on employee relations, recruiting, compliance, and day-to-day workforce support. Key Responsibilities: Serve as primary HR contact for employee relations, investigations, and performance issues Partner with supervisors on attendance, discipline, and workforce management Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly roles Lead onboarding and new hire orientation Support performance management and corrective action processes Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies Maintain HR records and HRIS data Assist with benefits, timekeeping, and wage/hour practices Partner with leadership to promote safety, engagement, and a positive culture Qualifications: 35+ years of HR generalist experience, ideally in manufacturing or similar environment Experience supporting hourly/blue-collar workforce Strong knowledge of employment laws and employee relations Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience HR certification or bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
