Logistics Sales Executives & Account Managers
Location: Dallas/Ft Worth, TX Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission Capital Professionals is partnering with a rapidly growing 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) company that's expanding their Sales teams. We're looking for driven, motivated individuals who want to build a career in logistics and supply chain. Experience is a plusbut a strong work ethic, great attitude, and desire to succeed matter most. What You'll Be Doing:
Build and manage relationships with shippers and carriers Understand client shipping needs and provide freight quotes Book shipments, coordinate pickups/deliveries, and track progress Communicate with clients and solve problems on the fly Keep CRM and records up to date Close deals and grow your client base What We're Looking For:
Logistics/supply chain knowledge (helpful, not required) Strong communication and customer service skills Quick thinking and problem-solving mindset Negotiation skills and a sales-driven attitude Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment What You'll Get:
