Cochran Exteriors, a leader in exterior remodeling since 2010, is looking to enhance our Business Development team! We specialize in roofing and siding for commercial properties across Indiana. Position: We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Specialist to generate commercial leads, build partnerships with General Contractors (GCs), Property Managers, and Architects, and secure bidding opportunities on large-scale projects. Key Responsibilities: Develop & Expand Commercial Partnerships Build relationships with GCs, architects, developers, and property managers to secure new business opportunities Attend industry networking events, trade shows, and real estate expos to connect with decision-makers Conduct lunch-and-learns, meet-and-greets, and site visits to showcase Cochran Exterior’s capabilities Research and identify upcoming commercial construction projects in Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and schedule meetings with key stakeholders Collaborate with our estimating and production teams to submit competitive bids Engage in Strategic Marketing & Outreach Represent Cochran Exteriors at external events and ensure they are set up for success. Partner with industry associations to co-host educational events for property managers and architects Utilize LinkedIn, industry directories, and cold outreach strategies to secure high-value accounts Qualifications: 3+ years in construction, commercial real estate, or exterior remodeling sales Existing relationships with GCs, developers, or property managers Ability to pitch, present, and close deals with decision-makers Thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment Proficient in CRM systems, LinkedIn networking, and construction bid platforms Valid driver’s license and willing to travel across Indiana and the surrounding states for client meetings and site visits What We Offer: Company vehicle, mileage & fuel expenses Company phone and laptop Paid industry training & event access Clear path to leadership & sales management opportunities Compensation: Base salary for this position is $60-75k, varying by experience.
