About the Role
As a Legal Advertising Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the intake, processing and execution of legal notices across Times Media Group’s Colorado publications. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Englewood, CO.
You will work closely with attorneys, paralegals, municipalities and other clients to ensure legal ads are placed accurately, published on schedule and documented properly. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail and the ability to manage time-sensitive deadlines tied to legal requirements. Success in this position is defined by accuracy, reliability and consistent communication.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound legal advertising requests via phone and email
Coordinate the intake, formatting and placement of legal notices across appropriate publications
Ensure all notices meet publication standards and legal compliance requirements
Manage publication schedules and deadlines tied to court and statutory requirements
Prepare and distribute affidavits of publication in a timely manner
Coordinate billing and invoicing for all legal advertising activity
Maintain accurate records of notices, publications and client communication
Communicate clearly with clients regarding deadlines, requirements and publication status
Work with internal teams to ensure ads are published correctly and on schedule
