Provide responsible fiscal management for the investments of the church, the annual income and expenses, and any special projects as directed by the Planning Council. 8-12 hours/week Record cash/check deposits and Breeze electronic net bank transfers in Quickbooks Record Bills in Quickbooks and print checks. Process payroll, set up new employees and make necessary changes and Pay Federal and MN payroll taxes in Quickbooks Receive credit card statements from staff & record expenses to appropriate accounts in Quickbooks Provide Financial Statements & Support to Planning Council/Treasurer Reconcile/review Quickbooks account balances Submit quarterly Federal and MN payroll tax filings in Quickbooks Provide W-2s, file 1000’s, submit annual payroll tax filings
