Our Saviors’ Lutheran Church – Circle Pines | Part-Time
Provide responsible fiscal management for the investments of the church, the annual income and expenses, and any special projects as directed by the Planning Council.
8-12 hours/week
- Record cash/check deposits and Breeze electronic net bank transfers in Quickbooks
- Record Bills in Quickbooks and print checks.
- Process payroll, set up new employees and make necessary changes and Pay Federal and MN payroll taxes in Quickbooks
- Receive credit card statements from staff & record expenses to appropriate accounts in Quickbooks
- Provide Financial Statements & Support to Planning Council/Treasurer
- Reconcile/review Quickbooks account balances
- Submit quarterly Federal and MN payroll tax filings in Quickbooks
- Provide W-2s, file 1000’s, submit annual payroll tax filings
