Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative (Admin/CSR)
1Resource Group has a great opportunity with a growing company. We are looking for an Admin/Customer Service Repo in Baytown, Texas. The Admin/CSR is responsible for providing administrative support while delivering excellent customer service. This role serves as a key point of contact between customers, internal teams, and management, ensuring smooth daily operations and high customer satisfaction. Customer Service Duties Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person Process orders, returns, and customer requests accurately Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors Provide product/service information and support Administrative Duties Perform general office tasks (filing, data entry, document management) Maintain and update customer records and databases Assist with scheduling, appointments, and calendar management Prepare reports, invoices, and correspondence Support internal departments with administrative needs Coordination & Communication Liaise between customers, sales team, and operations Track order status and ensure timely delivery Assist in inventory coordination or order tracking (if applicable) Communicate updates and issues to management Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 13 years of experience in customer service and/or administrative roles Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus Skills & Competencies Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detail and accuracy Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional and positive attitude Work Environment Office setting with regular interaction with customers and staff May require extended computer use and multitasking Pay $18-20 DOE
