Job Title: Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative (Admin/CSR)
Job Summary
The Admin/CSR is responsible for providing administrative support while delivering excellent customer service. This role serves as a key point of contact between customers, internal teams, and management, ensuring smooth daily operations and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Customer Service Duties
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Process orders, returns, and customer requests accurately
Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
Provide product/service information and support
Administrative Duties
Perform general office tasks (filing, data entry, document management)
Maintain and update customer records and databases
Assist with scheduling, appointments, and calendar management
Prepare reports, invoices, and correspondence
Support internal departments with administrative needs
Coordination & Communication
Liaise between customers, sales team, and operations
Track order status and ensure timely delivery
Assist in inventory coordination or order tracking (if applicable)
Communicate updates and issues to management
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1–3 years of experience in customer service and/or administrative roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus

Work Environment
Office setting with regular interaction with customers and staff
May require extended computer use and multitasking

Experience in manufacturing, chemical, or industrial environments
Familiarity with order processing, logistics, or supply chain
Pay $18-20 DOE
