SEO Consultant - Freelance
Soni is looking for a senior SEO Consultant to lead organic search strategy for new business pitches and serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise-level clients. You'll shape the SEO vision for prospective clients and show how modern search - including Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI-driven discovery - connects to their broader business goals. Travel may be required.
What you'll do:
Lead SEO strategy for high-value RFPs and RFIs, including competitive gap analyses and opportunity assessments Build executive-level SEO roadmaps that tie organic search to revenue, share of voice, and long-term growth Partner with Business Development and Paid Search teams to position organic search as a core part of every cross-channel proposal Serve as the primary SEO point of contact for CMOs and SVPs, communicating impact in business terms - not just rankings What we're looking for:
8-12+ years in SEO with experience leading enterprise pitches and managing senior stakeholders Agency background required Deep knowledge of GEO and how LLMs retrieve and surface brand information in AI-driven results Ability to translate complex SEO shifts into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical executives Comfortable building new processes independently in fast-moving, high-pressure environments Compensation:
