Overview
The Architectural Designer will contribute to the design and documentation of architectural projects, working with a growing team to produce high-quality construction documents.
This role suits a designer with at least two years of experience who is comfortable operating with a high degree of independence
and is
proficient in Revit and architectural drafting . The position offers the opportunity to work on complex projects and gain valuable experience in a collaborative studio environment. Responsibilities
Produce accurate and detailed construction documents using Revit and other drafting tools. Develop and refine architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and details in alignment with project requirements and standards. Collaborate with project teams to support the design process from concept through documentation. Coordinate drawing sets to ensure consistency, clarity, and compliance with applicable codes and project guidelines. Work with limited supervision, managing day-to-day tasks and priorities to meet project deadlines. Incorporate feedback from team members into drawings and documentation in a timely and precise manner. Use Rhino and other design software as needed to support design development and visualization. Assist in organizing and maintaining project files, models, and documentation for assigned projects. Essential Skills
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the architecture field. Proficiency in Revit for architectural design and documentation. Demonstrated experience producing construction documents. Strong drafting skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to operate with a high level of independence while meeting project expectations. Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a closely related field. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience working on higher education projects is a plus. Experience with complex, large-scale project types is a plus. Proficiency with Rhino for design and modeling is highly desirable. Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple project deadlines. Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary architectural team. Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving project needs and workflows. Work Environment
You will work in an established architectural office of approximately 60 people that is actively growing. The role follows a hybrid-style schedule with in-office presence required three days per week, specifically Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. You will collaborate closely with architects and designers using tools such as Revit and Rhino in a professional studio setting. The environment emphasizes teamwork, learning, and exposure to complex project types, offering valuable experience on significant architectural projects. Job Type & Location

The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $38.00/hr. Requirements
