The Art Director / Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for developing visual concepts and creative assets across print and digital channels, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. This role translates marketing strategies into engaging visual designs and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
Responsibilities
Develop creative concepts and visual assets for marketing campaigns
Design materials for print and digital channels
Maintain and apply brand guidelines and visual standards
Create digital assets for web, email, and social media
Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams
Prepare files for print and digital productionEnsure visual consistency across all communication channels
Provide creative direction and support to design team members
Translate business and marketing needs into effective visual solutions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
Experience in graphic design, art direction, or visual design roles
Strong portfolio demonstrating branding and campaign work
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Knowledge of print and digital design principles
Understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
Experience creating assets for multiple channels
Nice to Have
Experience working in agency or in-house marketing teams
Familiarity with digital asset management tools
Basic motion graphics or video editing knowledge
Experience with responsive and digital-first design
Advanced English level
