Partnerships Marketing Manager
to build and scale a partner ecosystem that drives measurable, repeatable revenue. This is a hands‑on, end‑to‑end role where you will own the full lifecycle of partnerships – from sourcing and signing partners to making them productive and accountable for results. You will work across multiple partner types, including resellers, technology partners, affiliates, influencers, and creators, turning partnerships into a scalable growth channel.
Key Responsibilities
own the performance of the partner portfolio, including sourcing, onboarding, and driving ongoing revenue contribution Identify and establish relationships with high‑potential partners across different channels
negotiate commercial terms and define effective collaboration models
build and manage a network of reseller partners, ensuring they are properly onboarded, enabled, and actively selling
develop and maintain partner enablement materials such as playbooks, pitch decks, and pricing guides
monitor partner pipeline and revenue performance, proactively addressing gaps
build relationships with technology and integration partners, identifying co‑marketing and distribution opportunities
collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams
recruit and manage affiliates, influencers, and creators, focusing on high‑quality partnerships
launch and scale co‑marketing initiatives, including content collaborations, webinars, and campaigns
drive partner activation from onboarding to first and repeat revenue
ensure partners actively promote and sell, providing them with simple and actionable resources
make data‑driven decisions, including deprioritizing or exiting underperforming partnerships
track and optimize key KPIs such as revenue, time to first revenue, active partner rate, and revenue per partner
Qualifications
4–8 years of experience in partnerships, affiliate marketing, influence marketing or partner marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or a related industry
hands‑on experience managing at least two of the following: reseller partnerships, affiliates/influencers/creators, or technology/integration partners
a proven track record of driving measurable revenue through partnerships
strong commercial acumen and confidence in negotiating partnership terms and structuring win‑win deals
the ability to build relationships from scratch across diverse partner types
a data‑driven approach to tracking performance, optimizing results, and making decisions
solid project management skills and the ability to execute cross‑functional initiatives
an outcome‑oriented mindset, with a focus on revenue and partner productivity rather than activity or volume
the confidence to make tough decisions, including deprioritizing or exiting underperforming partnerships
a proactive, hands‑on attitude and the ability to move quickly in a dynamic environment
fluent communication in English
Salary Range
contract of employment: 15 000 – 20 000 PLN gross/month
B2B contract: 776,00 – 1036,00 PLN MD
