Description Hybrid Every other week onsite/5 days in Nashua, NH. Our client seeks a UX Designer to craft donor‑centered digital experiences that make charitable giving simple and effective. You will translate research‑driven insights into cohesive end‑to‑end designs across web and mobile, leveraging Figma and design systems to deliver iterative value on agile teams. The role requires strong collaboration, clear communication of design rationale, and a portfolio that demonstrates process and outcomes.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance. Rate: $65.00 to $73.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities

Design end‑to‑end user experiences from broad journey concepts to detailed UI layouts for features and flows.

Translate customer needs, motivations, and behaviors into compelling, accessible designs across digital products.

Create and iterate on sketches, wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design intent and rationale.

Use qualitative and quantitative research to inform and validate design decisions.

Collaborate with UX designers, researchers, product, and engineering stakeholders on agile teams.

Apply and contribute to design systems to drive consistency, reuse, and scalability.

Manage priorities and deadlines with meticulous organization and attention to detail.

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years of UX design experience preferred.

3 or more years on agile teams delivering digital products preferred.

Demonstrated experience organizing, conducting, and leveraging research to drive evidence‑focused design decisions.

Operational proficiency in Figma.

Portfolio required, with clear STAR Method case studies.

Ability to produce sketches, wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes aligned to product requirements.

Familiarity with design systems, including when and how to contribute improvements.

Operational understanding of Jira and Confluence preferred.

Strong collaboration skills with UX peers, researchers, and cross‑functional stakeholders.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
