Internship Overview

Fractal is seeking a creative and digitally native Social Media Intern to support content creation, platform growth, and digital storytelling across the brand, while also assisting on select artist-related projects. This role is ideal for someone who understands internet culture, has strong creative instincts, and is skilled in content creation, editing, and design. You will play a hands‑on role in building and growing Fractal’s social presence while learning the strategy behind content, branding, and digital growth in the music industry. Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Execution Assist in creating and editing short‑form content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Support content shoots, asset organization, and rollout planning Help maintain content calendars and posting schedules Editing & Design Edit video content using tools like CapCut, Premiere, or similar Create graphics and visual assets using Canva, Photoshop, or Adobe Creative Suite Assist in developing cohesive visual identities across platforms Trend & Strategy Support Stay on top of social trends, formats, and platform updates Pitch content ideas that align with artist brands and current trends Support campaign ideation and execution Community & Growth Assist with engagement and community management Track performance metrics and support reporting on content performance Qualifications

Must be a current college student eligible for academic credit Strong interest in social media, content creation, and music culture Experience in video editing and graphic design is strongly preferred Proficiency in tools like CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar Strong creative eye and understanding of digital aesthetics Organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented Internship Details

Duration: 3–6 months (for academic credit) Hours: ~15 hours per week Location: Hybrid (Los Angeles-based; Hollywood office) Expected to be in‑person at least 1 day per week, with additional on‑site support as needed
