Relationships with Fortune 500 companies and leading manufacturing firms across aerospace, defense, energy, and heavy manufacturing, selling machinery ranging $2M to $10M.

About The Opportunity Kelly Services is partnering with a highly respected, innovation-driven international manufacturing organization, headquartered in Italy, to identify an experienced Regional Sales Manager. This is a high-impact role focused on driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building strategic relationships across key industrial sectors.

Position Overview We seek a motivated sales professional with strong background in machine tools, metal cutting, or industrial manufacturing to lead complex, solution-based sales efforts for advanced CNC machining and capital equipment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth through new business development and strategic account expansion.

Identify and pursue opportunities within aerospace, defense, energy, and industrial sectors.

Expand market presence through targeted sales strategies.

Build relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and key decision-makers.

Lead full-cycle, solution-based sales processes for capital equipment.

Deliver compelling technical and commercial presentations.

Manage pipeline activity, forecasting, and sales performance metrics.

Establish and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals.

Leverage expertise in CNC machining, metal cutting, and automation solutions.

Partner with engineering teams to deliver customized solutions.

Support product demos and ROI-driven proposals.

Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.

Represent the organization at trade shows and industry events.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred (Engineering, Business, or related field).

5+ years of sales experience in machine tools, CNC, metal cutting, or industrial manufacturing.

Proven success selling capital equipment in complex sales environments.

Strong communication and presentation skills with executive-level stakeholders.

Ability to translate technical solutions into business value.

Experience managing long sales cycles and high-value deals.

Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools.
