The Talent Attraction Specialist

is responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates to fill temporary, temporary-to-hire, and/or direct-hire finance, office, and/or other professional job orders for a variety of moderately complex, complex and/or specialized clients. In this role, you will interview candidates and match them with organizations and careers with a sense of urgency. We offer opportunities for career growth. You will have visibility into performance and financial metrics throughout the year, with clearly defined goals that recognize and reward hard work. About you

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or three (3) years of professional work experience in lieu of a degree. High level of adaptability to pivot and meet changing priorities Team player with a collaborative mindset Technically savvy and interested in learning and implementing new technology Passionate about helping candidates and clients succeed Driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Friendly, competitive spirit and a winning mentality Ability to work in a remote-based or hybrid work environment Exhibit the 4 H’s: Honesty, Helpfulness, Human Connection and Hopeful Spirit Why choose us?
