New colleagues participate in our best-in-class remote training program. The New Colleague Training (NCT) is paid, interactive and collaborative. During NCT, you will receive coaching and guidance from your Training Manager and connect daily in a virtual classroom. The program combines group instruction with opportunities to work autonomously.
Post-NCT, you may have the option to work from home or in a hybrid model, with ongoing support from your Manager and team while working autonomously and safely from home.
What you’ll be doing Executive Recruiter responsibilities:
Execute the full life-cycle of direct hire recruiting for top-tier, mid- to senior-level professional roles for a variety of clients. Manage existing clients, identify new ones, interview candidates, and match them with organizations and careers. This role requires urgency and a client-and-candidate focus. We offer opportunities for career growth with clear performance and compensation visibility and recognition for achievement.
About you
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or five (5) years of professional work experience in lieu of a degree.
High adaptability to changing priorities
Team-player with a collaborative mindset
Technically savvy and open to learning new technology
