What you’ll be doing Executive Recruiter
– you will be part of a dynamic team focused on both candidates and clients. You will manage the full life-cycle of direct hire recruiting for top-tier, mid- to senior-level professional roles across multiple clients. Focus on existing clients, identify new ones, interview candidates, and match them with organizations and careers.

About you
Bachelor's degree preferred, or five (5) years of professional experience in lieu of a degree
High adaptability to changing priorities
Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
Technically savvy and willing to learn new technology

Friendly, competitive spirit with a winning mentality
Ability to work in a remote or hybrid environment

Benefits and compensation The anticipated salary for this position is $50,000–$70,000 plus incentive compensation based on the compensation plan. Salary varies by location and current pay bands and is listed as:
California – $70,304
Colorado – $57,783.96 – $70,000
New York City, Long Island, and Westchester – $66,300 – $70,000
New York (all other locations) – $62,353.20 – $70,000
Washington – $80,168.40
Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, life and AD&D insurance, disability coverage, voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401(k) plan or comparable retirement plan. Paid time off includes accrued Personal Time Off, paid holidays, a Community Service Day, and paid parental leave. PTO and holidays are prorated based on hire date.
