Senior Director M&A

You will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential acquisition targets, conducting financial analysis, performing due diligence, leading deal negotiations, and overseeing post-merger integration. You will report directly to our Vice President of Corporate Development and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, the impact of a Senior Director of M&A is comprehensive, encompassing strategic growth, financial performance, risk management, advanced valuation, strategic direction, due diligence, legal compliance, advanced integration planning, stakeholder relations, advanced market and competitive analysis, advanced deal execution, advanced post-merger performance monitoring, long-term strategy, and shareholder value. Your role is instrumental in shaping the organization's most complex M&A strategies, ensuring that deals align with its goals and contribute to its long-term success.

Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, or corporate development Proven track record of successfully leading and executing complex M&A transactions Strong leadership and team management skills Expertise in financial modeling and valuation techniques Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
