Senior Director M&A

You will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential acquisition targets, conducting financial analysis, performing due diligence, leading deal negotiations, and overseeing post-merger integration. Your strategic vision, leadership skills, and ability to drive successful M&A outcomes will be essential in contributing to the growth and success of Honeywell.
You will report directly to our Vice President of Corporate Development and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, the impact of a Senior Director of M&A is comprehensive, encompassing strategic growth, financial performance, risk management, advanced valuation, strategic direction, due diligence, legal compliance, advanced integration planning, stakeholder relations, advanced market and competitive analysis, advanced deal execution, advanced post-merger performance monitoring, long-term strategy, and shareholder value. Your role is instrumental in shaping the organization's most complex M&A strategies, ensuring that deals align with its goals and contribute to its long-term success.

Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, or corporate development Proven track record of successfully leading and executing complex M&A transactions Strong leadership and team management skills Expertise in financial modeling and valuation techniques Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
