As a

Sr. Director of M&A Integration

here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in leading and driving Honeywell's integration strategy. You will be responsible for integrating transactions and driving Day 1 readiness, with a focus on programmatic process leadership.

You will report directly to our Vice President of Corporate Development and will work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, the impact of a Sr. Director of M&A Integration is comprehensive, encompassing program management, risk management, advanced valuation, strategic direction, due diligence, legal compliance, advanced integration planning, stakeholder relations, advanced post‑merger performance monitoring, long‑term strategy, and shareholder value. Your role is instrumental in shaping the organization’s most complex M&A integrations, ensuring that deals align with its goals and contribute to its long‑term success.

Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of integration – from the due diligence process through Day 1 readiness.

Deliver post‑integration best practices to identify learnings and improvements for cross‑functional teams.

Standardize integration workflows and lessons learned to create playbooks for future acquisitions and accelerated time‑to‑value.

Proactive stakeholder management.

Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategy, program management, or corporate development.

Proven track record of successfully leading M&A integration.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
